Overview

By accessing or using PayStubGo, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, generator, checkout flow, account tools, PDF export, email delivery, or support features.

Service Description

PayStubGo provides tools to create paystubs and invoices from information entered by the user. The service may include document previews, editable fields, calculations, template selection, PDF export or download, email delivery, account history, resend options, and related support features.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate, truthful, and complete information. For paystubs, you are responsible for reviewing company, employee, pay period, earnings, deductions, tax fields, and year-to-date values. For invoices, you are responsible for reviewing business and customer details, invoice numbers and dates, line items, rates, quantities, taxes, discounts, totals, notes, payment terms, and payment instructions. You must review all document details before export, email delivery, download, or use.

PayStubGo does not verify whether the information you enter is accurate, complete, lawful, or appropriate for your intended use.

If you provide information about another person or business, or upload a logo or other content, you represent that you have the authority and rights needed to provide and use that information or content through the service.

Accuracy of Generated Documents

Generated documents are based on the information you provide. PayStubGo does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, enforceability, acceptance, collectability, or suitability of a generated paystub or invoice for a specific purpose. You should review all information carefully before using a generated document.

Acceptable Use

You may not use PayStubGo to create fraudulent, misleading, unauthorized, or illegal documents, or to misrepresent income, employment, tax, payment, identity, business, or financial information. This includes creating false or unauthorized invoices, billing for goods or services without authorization, impersonating another person or business, or misusing personal, business, logo, or trademark information. You agree to use the service only for lawful and responsible purposes.

User Content and Permissions

You retain any rights you hold in information, logos, and other content you submit. You grant PayStubGo a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate the service, generate and deliver documents, maintain requested history, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational requirements.

Not Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice

PayStubGo is a document generator, not payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, tax filing, payment collection, or accounts-receivable software. The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or collections advice. Editable calculations, tax fields, deductions, totals, and payment terms are estimates or user-entered values and must be reviewed before use.

Generated documents are not official government, tax, legal, employment, payroll, or financial records unless properly supported by accurate underlying records and accepted by the relevant party. You are responsible for determining applicable invoice, tax, recordkeeping, disclosure, and business requirements and for obtaining professional advice when needed.

Payments and Pricing

Certain paystub and invoice features may require payment. Current pricing, available first-free offers, paid delivery or export options, template pricing, and checkout details are shown before payment. First-free offers may be limited to one per customer and may be subject to availability or other conditions shown in the applicable flow. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order, payment status, PDF export status, email delivery result, and support review. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

Account and Email Access

You may be required to verify your email to access certain features, including account history, previous exports, downloads, and resends. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for keeping account access details secure.

Document Storage and Availability

Generated paystub and invoice files and related order history may be stored so you can access, download, email, or resend previous documents. Availability of account history, downloads, email delivery, and resends is not guaranteed and may depend on technical, operational, legal, security, support, or retention requirements.

Intellectual Property

The website, interface, templates, branding, code, content, design elements, and related materials are owned by or licensed to PayStubGo. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its materials except as permitted by these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayStubGo is not liable for losses, disputes, rejections, penalties, claims, damages, or consequences arising from user-entered information, generated documents, invoice disputes or nonpayment, tax or reporting issues, misuse, payment issues, service interruptions, data loss, or reliance on the service.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, generator, account tools, PDF export, email delivery, or support features.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
