Some free plans print the tool's name or a watermark on every invoice. Ours prints your business, and your logo if you upload one.
Caps that push you to upgrade
A free plan that stops at a few invoices or clients a month turns into a subscription the month you get busy. There is no cap here.
Features held back for paid tiers

When a subscription is the better deal
Pay-per-invoice pricing wins when you bill occasionally: a freelance project, a few clients a month, or side work. It loses when you send invoices every day, because a flat monthly fee then spreads across many invoices.
It also is not the right tool if you need recurring invoices sent on a schedule, automatic payment reminders, card payments collected from the invoice, or bookkeeping that tracks who has paid. PayStubGo makes the invoice document; it does not chase or collect payments. For those needs, an invoicing or accounting subscription is worth its fee.

The PDF downloads once payment is confirmed and is emailed too. Forward it to your client from your own inbox so it comes from an address they know.
Mistakes and refunds
The invoice is made from what you type, so check the preview first. If a payment or delivery goes wrong, write to support, and read the refund policy for the terms.

Is the first invoice really free?
Yes. Your first invoice is free. The finished PDF is delivered to the email address you enter, and no card is asked for or charged for that first invoice.
How much is an additional invoice?
Each additional invoice is $1.99. Paid invoices include an instant PDF download plus email delivery, and the price is shown again before you pay.
Do invoices require a monthly subscription?
No. There is no plan, no trial that turns into a bill and nothing to cancel. You pay for an invoice only when you create one after your free invoice.
Is there a limit on how many invoices I can make?
No. There are no monthly invoice caps and no client limits. Each invoice after the free one is priced on its own at checkout.
Are there extra fees for tax, discounts, a logo or another currency?
No. Sales tax, discounts, your logo, notes, payment terms and the currency choice are part of every invoice, free or paid. The price you see is the whole price.
How do I pay for an invoice?
Paid invoices are checked out through PayPal. The amount is shown on the button before you leave the page, and the PDF download starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Can I get a copy of an invoice again later?
Yes. Sign in to your PayStubGo account with the same email you used, and you can download or resend the invoice copies linked to that email.
Can I request a refund for a paid invoice?
