Company logo on the stub
Pay Stub Generator with Logo
A pay stub with a company logo looks like it came from the business that made the payment, because it did. The PayStubGo builder has a Company Logo field in the company section: add a PNG or JPG and it prints at the top of every stub, on any template, at no extra charge.
Nothing else about the stub changes. The same earnings, taxes, deductions and year-to-date totals are worked out and shown; the logo simply sits beside the employer's name and address in the header.
First stub free each year (emailed) · then $2.99 each · any template · preview before you pay
This page covers one use of the PayStubGo paystub generator. That page shows how each tax line is worked out.

Single stub
$2.99
per stub, any template
A logo costs nothing extra, so a single stub is all most people need to see how it looks. Making several pay periods? The packs cost less per stub and carry the logo on every one.

Who this is for
- Small employers who want their pay stubs to carry the same logo as their invoices and letterhead
- Self-employed people and single-owner companies paying themselves from a business with its own branding
- Bookkeepers preparing stubs for a client business
- Anyone replacing a plain, hand-typed stub with a consistent, recognisable record
What the logo upload does, exactly
PNG or JPG, from your device
Press Add logo in the company section and choose a PNG or JPG image. Other file types are refused with a plain message.
Resized for you
A large image, such as a phone photo of a business card, is scaled down automatically so its longest edge is at most 320 pixels. A small logo is left at its own size.
Printed at the top of every stub
The logo appears in the header next to the company name, in the live preview and in the PDF. In a pack of several pay periods it prints on each stub.
Replace or remove any time before checkout
The Replace and Remove buttons sit beside the logo thumbnail. Leave the field empty and the header shows the company name and address only.
No extra charge
The logo is included in the price of the stub on every template. It is not an add-on.
Example: where the logo sits on the stub
A landscaping company adds its logo once and makes a biweekly stub for an employee. The header of the finished stub reads, top to bottom:
| Logo | Company logo image (PNG or JPG) |
|---|---|
| Employer | Company name, address, phone, EIN |
| Statement title | Earnings Statement |
| Pay details | Pay date · pay period · frequency · check number |
| Below the header | Earnings · taxes · deductions · net pay · YTD |
The exact position of the logo depends on the template you choose; the preview shows it before you pay.

Use only your own business's logo
A pay stub is a record of a real payment by a real payer. The logo on it should be the logo of the business that actually paid the wages, which is normally your own company or a client you keep books for.
Putting another company's logo on a stub to suggest that it employed or paid someone when it did not is misrepresentation, and presenting such a stub to a landlord, lender or agency is fraud. PayStubGo does not verify employment or income; the accuracy of what you enter is your responsibility.
Getting a clean result
Logos with flat colour and sharp edges print best. Start from the original image file if you have it rather than a photograph or a screenshot, and prefer a version without a lot of empty space around it, so the mark itself is not shrunk to fit.
The preview shows the logo exactly as the PDF will print it. If it looks small or soft there, replace it with a tighter or sharper file before you check out.
Questions
Can I put my company logo on a pay stub?
Yes. The company section of the builder has a Company Logo field. Add a PNG or JPG and it prints at the top of every stub, in the preview and in the PDF.
Does a pay stub generator with logo cost more?
Not here. The logo is included in the price of the stub on every template; there is no logo add-on.
Which templates show the logo?
All twenty-eight templates print the company logo in the header. Its exact position differs by layout, so check the preview and switch template if you prefer another arrangement.
Can I make a check stub with a logo?
Yes. The check stub maker uses the same builder, so the logo, the check number and the pay date all print on the stub.
What kind of image file should I use?
A PNG or JPG. Large images are scaled down automatically to at most 320 pixels on the longest edge, so there is no need to resize the file first.
Can I use a logo that is not my company's?
Only if that business really is the payer, for example a client you prepare stubs for. Using another company's logo to suggest employment or pay that did not happen is misrepresentation, and using such a stub as proof of income is fraud.
Does PayStubGo verify my employment or income?
No. PayStubGo builds a pay stub from the numbers you enter; it does not verify employment, income, or tax figures, and it is not payroll, accounting, or legal advice. Enter accurate information — presenting false income to a landlord or lender is fraud.
